TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES
- Hay dos opciones de pago disponibles, puedes pagarlo todo al inicio, o puedes pagar la mitad al inicio y el resto al terminar la comisión. (PayPal).- Hay la opción de entrega con urgencia en la cual haré todo lo posible por entregarla en menos de 24 a 48 horas. El precio dependerá de la complejidad del dibujo.- Enviaré imágenes en el proceso para que puedas seguir lo que estoy haciendo y la ilustración se realice a tu gusto.- Puedes hacer correcciones con cada imagen del proceso, pero si la corrección requiere de muchas horas se cobrará aparte (Esto es negociable).- Desafortunadamente, no puedo leerte la mente, pero sí que puedes enviarme imágenes de referencia. Cuantas más me proporciones, más se parecerá la ilustración a tu idea original.- Si en algún caso la comisión tiene que ser cancelada, Se devolverá la parte proporcional al trabajo realizado. Si es justo al inicio, y la persona se arrepiente, solo se devolverá el 70%.
He tenido malas experiencias, por eso me veo obligada a especificar, pero porfavor, no te lo tomes como una advertencia, sólo como una condición.

TERMS OF SERVICE
- There are two payment options available, full payment at the beginning, or you can pay half upfront and the rest at the end of the commission (PayPal).- There is the option of rush delivery in which I will do my best to deliver it in less than 24 to 48 hours. The price will depend on the complexity of the drawing.- I will send images in the process so you can follow what I am doing and the illustration will be done to your liking.- You can make corrections with each image in the process, but if the correction requires many hours it will be charged separately (This is negotiable).- Unfortunately, I can't read your mind, but you can send me reference images. The more you provide me, the more the illustration will resemble your original idea.- If in any case the commission has to be cancelled, I will refund the proportional part of the work done. If it is just at the beginning, and the person regrets, only 70% will be returned.- Commercial rights will be +50% of the price.
I had bad experiences, that's why I am forced to specify, but please, don't take it as a warning, just as a condition.
